1. Introduction

Welcome to the digital and embodied world of Maryam Lujayn Sakinah.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to all experiences, products, retreats, digital offerings, and services created under this brand.
By purchasing or participating in any of our offers, you agree to the following terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content — including but not limited to text, visuals, videos, audios, spoken word, meditations, somatic guides, and brand identity — is owned by Maryam Lujayn Sakinah and protected under global intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, modify, sell, or share any content without written permission.
Violation may result in legal action.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Digital programs

• Online courses

• Ceremonial containers

• Mentorship offers

• Retreats

• Masterclasses

• Spoken-word albums

We honor sacred energetic exchanges. By purchasing, you commit to the portal you’re entering. If you’re unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Confidentiality & Energetic Integrity

Everything shared within our digital or physical containers is confidential.
This includes any content from community chats, programs, voice notes, ceremonies, and retreats.
Recording, publishing, or distributing content from other participants or our team without consent is strictly prohibited.
These are sacred temples, not transactional spaces.

5. Behavior and Alignment

We reserve the right to remove any participant who compromises the safety, softness, or energetic integrity of our spaces.
This includes:

• Disrespectful language

• Interruptions

• Disruptive behavior

• Attempts to dominate or “coach” other participants
  No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Use of Photos, Testimonials, and Media

We may capture video, audio, and photos during retreats, events, and digital activations.
By participating, you grant permission for your image, voice, or testimonials to be used in promotional or educational materials.
If you prefer not to be featured, email us at  hi@maryamlujaynsakinah.com before the experience begins.
You may revoke your consent at any time in writing.

7. Health, Responsibility & Risk

Our containers are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or financial advice.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic wellbeing while participating in any of our offerings.
You enter each experience at your own discretion.
We are not responsible for travel delays, illness, emotional responses, or any external event affecting your experience.

8. Access & Lifetime Use

Unless otherwise stated, digital programs offer lifetime access.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product and not your personal lifespan.
If we retire or transition platforms, you'll be given ample notice to download content and save it only for your personal use.

9. Gifting & Transfers

Access to digital products is personal and non-transferable.
If you wish to gift a program or experience to another woman, please email us at  hi@maryamlujaynsakinah.com and we’ll create a ceremonial gift access for her.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, United States of America.

In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication, guided by truth, justice, and right values. All communications, proposals, and discussions during this resolution period shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party or used as evidence in any legal or arbitration proceeding.

The parties shall make every reasonable effort to reach a mutual resolution in good faith within six (6) months from the date the dispute arises.

If after this six-month period the dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, it shall be submitted to private and confidential arbitration in the State of Florida, and both parties waive any right to public court proceedings. By purchasing, you agree to this form of legal resolution.
