Refund Policy 

This policy applies to all digital programs, immersive retreats, 1:1 mentorships, ceremonial sessions, and physical products offered by Maryam Lujayn Sakinah / You Are Home™.

We stand behind the sacred integrity of everything we offer.

Each experience, transmission, and product is created with the highest energetic, creative, and ethical standards.

Because of this: All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any purchases —digital or physical— unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

​

By completing your purchase, you agree that you are making a conscious, sovereign decision to enter a sacred container of transformation.

We do not guarantee outcomes, and we honor your agency in how you receive and integrate the experience.

 

Digital Programs & Pre-Recorded Content

All digital content (audio journeys, ceremonial immersions, poetic modules, or other resources) is non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access.

Once you enter the portal, you receive lifetime access and full energetic transmission.
This is not something to “return”— it becomes part of you.

We encourage you to read the offer thoroughly before purchasing and contact us with any questions.

 

Live Programs, Events & Masterclasses

For events or live online offerings, your purchase secures your energetic and practical space.

Non-attendance or failure to participate does not qualify for a refund.
If the event is rescheduled by us, you will receive access to the new date or a credit for future offerings if you prefer.

 

Private Mentorship & VIP Immersions

Due to the intimate, limited-capacity nature of private mentorship spaces, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once enrollment is confirmed.
You may be offered the option to reschedule a session, within reason, with 48-hour notice and subject to availability. This does not apply to cases in which because of the nature of the event you had no chance to honor the 48-hour notice, we completely got you.

Each mentorship includes a separate agreement outlining these terms in detail.

 

Retreats & In-Person Experiences

All retreat payments are non-refundable, including deposits and full amounts, as your space is held energetically and logistically from the moment of commitment.
If you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances, you may transfer your spot to another qualified woman, subject to written approval.

In the case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, etc.), we will offer alternative options: rescheduling or credit. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

By purchasing a retreat, you agree to our full Retreat Agreement, which includes health, liability, travel, and conduct policies.

 

Physical Products (If Applicable)

All physical items (books, journals, candles, sacred tools, etc.) are final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If this occurs, please email us at hi@maryamlujaynsakinah.com within 7 days of receiving the item, including clear photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• International customs fees or taxes

• Delays caused by third-party shipping services

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are cases of double payment, fraudulent transaction, or error on our side.
In such cases, please contact us immediately at hi@maryamlujaynsakinah.com and we will handle it with integrity.

 

Energetic Responsibility

You are entering a ceremonial space, not a conventional transaction.
Please purchase with clarity, presence, and personal responsibility.
Your transformation is not a product, it is a sacred portal.
